Contra Costa Behavioral Health (CCBH) is now accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from both (1) secure transportation providers and (2) non-emergency medical transportation providers to provide transportation for conserved persons and persons being evaluated for conservatorship by the Contra Costa Public Conservator/Public Guardian (CCPCPG), which is currently organized under CCBH.
