If you or a family member is not feeling well, but you're not sure if there is a need to see a doctor in person, you can contact our Advice Nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Holidays. The Advice Nurse can give you valuable advice to care for your illness or injury at home. The Advice Nurse will also help you decide if you need emergency or urgent medical care.

The Advice Nurse's services are intended for non-emergency purposes. If you think you have a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 9-1-1 (TTY 711) or go to the nearest hospital.
