Mental health is as important for children and teens as it is for adults. Whether you are a young person or a loved one looking to help a young person, there's support available.

Help in a mental health crisis

There are other options for urgent mental health care:

  • If you are ever contemplating suicide or having suicidal thoughts, call the crisis and suicide hotline: 1-800-833-2900
  • Call 211 to connect with experts who can help or find additional resources.

Clinical & other services

We offer many services to support young people and their families. If you are in need of any of these services, the best way to start care is through the 24/7 access line at 1-888-678-7277.

  • Psychiatric and medication assessments, consultation and medication treatment.
  • Individual, family and group outpatient therapy.
  • Youth Crisis Stabilization to support children and youth experiencing mental health crises.
  • Our A3 Team travels to participants who are 18 and younger to provide immediate crisis intervention.
  • Case management to coordinate services.
  • Family partners with lived experience in caring for family members with serious mental illness provide support to families of participants and help them navigate services and resources.
  • Wraparound services for children with serious emotional disturbances that involves each family's social network.
  • Evidence-based practices (effective treatment models and supported by research). These include therapy for depression and anxiety.
  • Therapy for self-harmful behaviors, post-traumatic stress disorder and difficulties related to traumatic life events.
  • Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) to increase parents' confidence in their parenting abilities.
  • Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBS) provides intervention in the home and school for foster children and youth at risk of foster care placement.
  • Family-based treatment of eating disorders.
