A network of caring providers is here to support low-income pregnant or parenting women and connect them to services, regardless of insurance status.
Choosing Change
Choosing Change uses medication-assisted treatment (buprenorphine or Suboxone) to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms for patients addicted to opioids like prescription painkillers and heroin. Patients also receive comprehensive recovery support and dedicated assistance from a medical team.
Tobacco and Vaping
All Contra Costa residents can access free, one-on-one support from Kick It California. Learn about the tools that are available to help quit smoking or vaping.
Naloxone
Naloxone, also known by its brand name Narcan, is a lifesaving medication used to treat emergency opioid overdoses.
