It is the mission of Contra Costa Health to “care for and improve the health of all people in Contra Costa County with special attention to those who are most vulnerable to health problems."

At Contra Costa Regional Medical Center & Health Centers, we are deeply committed to providing our patients with safe, high-quality care that engages individuals in a positive care experience.

We are accredited by The Joint Commission, an independent national oversight body that ensures we are meeting the highest standards of care.

Care Experience

We know there’s more to providing quality care than diagnosing and treating health issues. How patients experience their care at our hospital or nine health centers is also of vital importance.

That’s why we work with NRC Health to contact randomly selected patients after a medical visit to ask them about their care experience. We use this feedback to help us deliver better patient-centered care.

Transparency

When it comes to medical care, trust between patients and caregivers is crucial. So when we say we are committed to safe, high-quality care, we don’t want you to just take our word for it. You can view how these independent agencies rate our work:
