Payment is due at time of service. The clinic accepts cash, debit and credit card payment. Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) members bring your insurance identification card. No other insurances are accepted.

Several immunizations need a few weeks to become effective.
The Contra Costa Public Health Travel Clinic provides travel vaccines. Malaria prescriptions and medications are not provided through this clinic. Please see your health care provider for malaria medications prior to traveling abroad.
