Services

School-Based Clinics

Public Health provides school-based health services to children, teens, and young adults on mobile clinic health vans and at satellite health centers throughout Contra Costa County.

Dental Services

Public Health provides various dental services to children, teens and adults at our School-Based and Health Care for the Homeless sites.

Choosing Change

The Choosing Change clinic provides treatment and empowers people who want to stop using opioids. Patients receive dedicated support from a compassionate and knowledgeable medical team.

Health Care for the Homeless

Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) provides high-quality health services to patients who are experiencing homelessness in Contra Costa County.  Services are provided at shelters and at community centers on well-equipped medical vans. 

Women's Health

Public Health offers low or no-cost pap smears, breast exams, birth control and STI/HIV testing. Women's Health Clinics are located at CCH health centers in San Pablo, Martinez, Concord, Bay Point, Pittsburg, Antioch, and Brentwood.

Sexual Health Clinics

Sexual Health services are offered at various CCH clinic sites. Services include screening, diagnosis and treatment services of STI's including syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis and herpes. To schedule an appointment, call (925) 608-5350. For medical case management for Contra Costa residents living with HIV, call (925) 608-5384 and ask to speak to the Officer of the Day.

Immunizations

Contra Costa Public Health Immunization Clinics provide immunizations to children and adults. Fees depend on patient age, insurance status, and vaccine(s) needed. Clinic locations, times, and fees are available here.

Traveler Immunizations

Public Health provides a Travel Immunization Clinic once a week on Friday mornings in Martinez. To schedule an appointment, call 925-313-6488. Payment is due at the time of service. Insurance is not accepted.
