A Place To Go
When a mobile response team arrives on scene, they may determine the person they are helping needs a place to go to get more support and help them get there.
As we build A3, it's a priority to broaden the in-person behavioral health care options so people have a place to go 24/7.
Currently, Contra Costa Health offers 24/7 psychiatric emergency services. People can also get same-day appointments with Saturday and evening hours at our clinics. But we envision creating a new behavioral wellness place where people can access drop-in care 24/7 and be connected to other services countywide.
