CCRMC/HC Joint Conference Committee

The Joint Conference Committee (JCC) is one of the mechanisms the Board of Supervisors uses to oversee Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) and Health Centers. The committee promotes communication and provides a forum to share updates on operational and financial data, quality reports, policy issues and strategic planning.

Two members of the Board of Supervisors are assigned to serve on the committee. They and two physicians selected by the medical staff are the voting members of the JCC. Non-voting members include CCRMC and Health Centers’ Chief Executive Officer, the Medical Staff President, as well as both the Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Contra Costa Health Services.

The JCC meets four to six times per year. The public is welcome to attend this meeting, and people have the opportunity to address the committee if they wish.

The Joint Conference Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend Committee meetings. Contact the staff person at least 72 hours before the meeting.
