Contra Costa Health Services Hazardous Materials Programs responds to hazardous materials incidents throughout the County. You can use this webpage to search for Incident Report, 72 Hour Report (if applicable) and 30 Day Report (if applicable) for incidents that occurred on or after January 1, 2019. Please note that incident reports may not be immediately available following an incident.

If you would like additional information for an incident or if the incident occurred prior to January 1, 2019, please complete the following Public Records Act Request.
